Springboard Arts Chicago believes in the power of creativity. Our mission is to encourage, educate and provide opportunity for both creator and collector. We seek to illuminate the impact of art through immersive experiences, inclusive philosophy, and sustainable excellence – both within the gallery space and in our relationships with others.

Our partnerships

Red Dirt Road Scarves

Red Dirt Road designs are lovingly created by women in their remote Cambodian village from hand loomed, richly textured Cambodian silk. Each item is precisely constructed by hand using a treadle sewing machine and a coal heated iron. Your purchase of these beautiful designs enables these mothers to feed and educate their children while living at home. Before Red Dirt Road, many worked in the oppressive garment factories in the city, rarely seeing their children. All profits of Red Dirt Road are returned to the women.

We are proud to feature Vosges Haut-Chocolat,  an artful, women-owned, local and world-class chocolatier. Vosges seeks to harness the power of storytelling to open minds, spirits and palates through chocolate. “Every piece of chocolate is imbued with intention, the healing sound frequencies that we play in our chocolate cooling tunnels and the joy that we infuse from the process of creating it.”

Customers can enjoy free Back of the Yards coffee while they browse our gallery.  It is a woman and Latinx owned coffee company on the south side of Chicago with a mission as bold as its coffee. “By sourcing the highest quality coffee directly from farmers, hiring locally, and implementing environmentally responsible practices, we are creating much needed revenue and social impact for the communities that we serve.”
